Ubisoft announced the news in a post over on its website. Ubisoft+, which is currently only available on PC, gives players access to more than 100 Ubisoft titles, including Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Riders Republic, Far Cry 6, as well as DLC expansions, for a monthly price of $14.99/£12.99. The company has not revealed when the subscription service will be available for Xbox users, or if it will cost the same as the PC subscription, but it has said it plans to share more information soon.
Speaking on Rainbow Six Extraction joining Xbox Game Pass, and Ubisoft+ coming to Xbox consoles, Chris Early, Ubisoft’s senior vice president of strategic partnerships and business development said, “Rainbow Six Extraction for Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass members is just the beginning. Ultimately, we will offer the Ubisoft+ subscription service to Xbox owners so that they can enjoy the full extent of our Ubisoft+ game library, including new releases, on their consoles.”
As soon as we hear more on the launch of Ubisoft+ on Xbox, we’ll be sure to let you know!
