The devs confirmed the news over on Twitter, saying, “Ubisoft Forward is around the corner and we wanted to use this time to thank you for the amount of support you have shown us in the past year. As you might have already read, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake will not be in Ubisoft Forward. We are making great progress for our game to release next year, but we are not ready to share any additional information just yet. We will share an update as soon as we are ready.”
So, that’s Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake scrubbed off our list of potential appearances at Ubisoft Forward. We do know for sure that the next Rainbow Six game, Far Cry 6, Riders Republic, and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will all feature, but Ubisoft has also promised a “few surprises.” What do you think these might be? Beyond Good & Evil 2? A new Splinter Cell? Or the interesting multiplayer FPS combining the worlds of Splinter Cell, Division, and Ghost Recon, which leaked online? Let us know in the comments!
