Previous entries into the Queen’s Quest series have all been paid-for games, but it appears that publisher Artifex Mundi is taking a different approach this time around and has made Queen’s Quest 5 free to play. It looks to be the same as the previous games (and pretty much every other Artifex Mundi title) in that it’s your standard point-and-click puzzle adventure. However, with this one being free to play, there are microtransactions available. These come in the form of hints that will give you a quick pointer if you’re stuck on a level or allow you to skip a minigame. Luckily, these aren’t needed to complete the game.
Looking at our early completion data, we can see that people are completing Queen’s Quest 5 in roughly three hours when using a walkthrough. We don’t have one available on TA yet, but Clarion 85‘s post in the forum links to a Steam guide for the collectables and full-game video walkthrough.
If you’re interested and want a free 1,000G, you can download the game using the link below.
When the kingdom is shaken as children are being kidnapped, the court alchemist and best detective decides to take matters into her own hands. Using elixirs and shapeshifting magic, you have to stop the dreadful sound of the deadly symphony.
