Aside from Minecraft and Apex Legends switching places, our top ten is once again refusing to budge. A little further down, we see Knockout City jumping even higher in the top 20, soaring up six places to 12th place. Its initial free trial is finished, but Knockout City has another free trial aimed at new players, so it’s possible we’ll see it climb a little higher in next week’s chart. Just below is Maneater, which makes its first appearance at a very respectable 14th place just one week after joining Xbox Game Pass. The usual routine for Xbox Game Pass additions seems to be an initial boost, just like Maneater jumping into 14th, before they begin to sink down the top 40. It remains to be seen whether Maneater will fare a similar fate — playing as a shark that eats everything it comes across may prove too popular for Maneater to sink in next week’s chart.
Further down, we see both Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Resident Evil Village continuing to slip down the top 40 — the first to 25th, presumably as more players finish up with its Wrath of the Druids DLC, and the second to 29th. A little further down, we have Conan Exiles making its first-ever appearance in our Xbox Gameplay Chart, coming in at 33rd just days after its addition to Xbox Game Pass. Helping to round out the top 40 is Human Fall Flat, which re-joins the chart at 37th after its Forest level added four new achievements, while For Honor sits at 40th — although this is set to join Xbox Game Pass soon, which will no doubt save it from falling off the top 40. This week’s disappearances, meanwhile, are Warframe, Titanfall 2, and Just Cause 4. Looking ahead, we have those Xbox Game Pass additions, plus new releases like Scarlet Nexus, set to arrive throughout June. What do you think will make it into the top 20 next? Will Maneater swim higher or sink next week? Let us know what you think in the comments!
