Halo Infinite still isn’t budging from the top spot, although Forza Horizon 5 has dropped two spaces to fourth, leaving the way clear for Fortnite at second and Modern Warfare at third. The only other changes in the top ten are Rocket League and Apex Legends swapping places at eighth and ninth, while Destiny 2 just manages to scramble up into tenth. GTA: San Andreas — The Definitive Edition continues to fall, this week dropping two places to 16th. Just below, Dead by Daylight has leapt up four spaces to 18th, perhaps due to its Portrait of a Murder chapter and its winter event. Both Back 4 Blood and Battlefield 2042 have taken a tumble, with Back 4 Blood dropping four places to 23rd and Battlefield 2042 dropping five places to 26th.
Just below, Serious Sam 4 makes its debut appearance at 28th after joining Xbox Game Pass as a surprise addition. Both PUBG and For Honor return to the top 40 this week; the first at 32nd and the second at 34th. Generation Zero has dropped 12 places to 38th, presumably as players move on to newer Xbox Game Pass additions. Far Cry 6, meanwhile, has almost dropped out of the top 40, having fallen eight places to 39th. Lastly, we have One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 making its first appearance at 40th after joining Xbox Game Pass last week. This week’s disappearances are Lawn Mowing Simulator, Evil Genius 2: World Domination, Mortal Shell: Enhanced Edition, and Marvel’s Avengers.
Looking ahead, we have all the December Xbox Game Pass additions Microsoft is yet to surprise us with, as well as major releases like Rainbow Six Extraction following up in January. What do you think? How long will Halo Infinite hold the top spot? Let us know in the comments!
